Este esta totalmente amueblado, equipado y provisto de juegos de ropa de cama y juegos de toalla. Pueden solicitar el servicio de limpieza durante su estancia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La tarifa varia en función de la temporada y la duración de la estancia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El precio incluye el alojamiento, gastos de consumo de agua, gas y eletricidad y el uso de las sabanas y toallas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una vez concretadas disponibilidad y precios se procede a la reserva, la cual es más o menos del 20% del total del alquiler. Esta se debe realizar por transferencia bancaria (Es importante indicar en la transferencia su nombre y fecha de entrada).&lt;br /&gt;Tras el abono recibira un email de confirmación de la reserva con los datos de la misma.&lt;br /&gt;A su vez, la reserva sirve de fianza y sera retornada a la salida del apartamento siempre y cuando siga todo en buen estado.&lt;br /&gt;El alquiler se abona EN EFECTIVO EL DIA DE ENTRADA EN EL APARTAMENTO, CUANDO SE ENTREGUEN LAS LLAVES(NO SE ACEPTAN CHEQUES NI TARGETAS)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CAMBIOS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pueden realizar cambios con una antelación mínima de 40 días.&lt;br /&gt;En aumento de numero siempre y cuando la disponibilidad lo permita pagando el % del precio de los días adicionales para poder confirmar dicho cambio.&lt;br /&gt;En disminución siempre y cuando se haga anterior a 40 días de la reserva.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PLAZAS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El apartamento permite 4 plazas + 1 previo aviso para poder tener apunto plegatin o cuna.&lt;br /&gt;Consta de una cama de matrimonio, unas literas. Previo aviso se puede preparar una cuna para bebes (sin suplemento al precio) y un plegatin para una 5ª persona (con suplemento según temporada)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHECK-ING/CHECK-OUT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preferiblemente la entrada (15.00h) y salida (12.00h) se realizaran los sabados, siempre con flexibilidad según disponibilidad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LIMPIEZA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antes de su llegada, nuestro equipo de limpieza habrá trabajado cuidadosamente en el apartamento dejando, además, toallas y sábanas frescas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FIANZA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La fianza, sirve para hacer frente a los desperfectos que puedan producirse en el piso o por si el comportamiento del arrendatario no fuera en adecacion con las reglas de vida en el piso ( por ejemplo si hubiera una queja de los vecinos por ruido etc…) y sean responsabilidad del huésped. L’appartement est complètement meublé, équipé et fournit de différents jeux de draps et serviettes de bain. Il est possible de solliciter un service de nettoyage durant son séjour. (Consulter les prix suivant la saison et la disponibilité).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Les tarifs varient en fonction de la saison et de la durée du séjour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le prix inclue le logement, les coûts de consommation d’eau, de gaz et d’électricité ainsi que l’usage des draps et serviettes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Une fois convenu la disponibilité et le prix, il sera procédé à la réservation, qui s’élève plus ou moins à 20% du total de la location. Le paiement devra être réalisé par virement bancaire (il est important de faire figurer lors du virement son nom et la date du début de séjour).&lt;br /&gt;Suite au paiement vous recevrez un mail de confirmation de la réservation avec l’ensemble des informations nécessaires.&lt;br /&gt;Le montant de la réservation sert également de caution et sera entièrement reversé à la fin du séjour, si le logement est restitué dans son état initial.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le paiement de la location devra se faire en liquide au moment d’entrer dans l’appartement, lorsque les clefs vous seront remises (les chèques et les cartes bancaires ne pourront pas être acceptés)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHANGEMENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il est possible de réaliser un changement avec un minimum de 40 jours d’anticipation.&lt;br /&gt;Lorsque le changement s’agit d’une augmentation de la durée du séjour, si la disponibilité le permet, le client devra payer un pourcentage supplémentaire du prix des jours additionnés afin de confirmer le changement.&lt;br /&gt;Lors d’une réduction de la durée du séjour, le changement devra être avisé minimum 40 jours avant le jour du paiement de la réservation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PLACES&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L’appartement permet le logement de quatre personnes + une (en avisant afin de pouvoir mettre en place un lit supplémentaire ou un berceau).&lt;br /&gt;Les lits se composent d’un lit double et de lits superposés. The use of the bed clothes and bath towels is also included.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As soon as the duration of your stay as well as the price has been agreed, it is possible to start the reservation. The reservation costs are roughly 20% of the total rent costs.
