CONDITIONS;
Minimum booking time for the apartment is 3 nights. The apartment is completely furnished, including clean bed clothes and bath towels. You can ask for cleaning services during your stay. (please check prices according season and availability)
Apartment prices depend on season and duration of stay.
The price includes the overnight stay and the water, gas and electricity consumption. The use of the bed clothes and bath towels is also included.
As soon as the duration of your stay as well as the price has been agreed, it is possible to start the reservation. The reservation costs are roughly 20% of the total rent costs. This amount has to be paid by bank transfer (please note down in the transfer your name as well as the first day of stay in the apartment).
After the reservation costs have been paid, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation by Email, with all important details. The paid amount is also used as guarantee deposit, and will be paid back if nothing has been damaged in the apartment.
The renting costs have to be paid CASH THE FIRST DAY OF STAY DURING THE HANDING OVER OF THE KEYS (CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS WILL NO BE ACCEPTED)
CHANGES OF RESERVATION
Up to 40 days before start of stay, it is possible to do changes in the reservation.
Additional days can be booked, depending on apartment availability. In order to confirm the change of the reservation, you need to pay the corresponding percentage of the costs of the additional days.
The days of stay can be reduced if notified latest 40 days before start of stay.
PEOPLE
The apartment is for 4 persons. A fifth person is possible, but then you need to inform us well in advance in order to organize the availability of an additional bed or a cradle (for babies).
The apartment has a double bed and bunk beds. If ordered in advance, it is possible to make available a cradle for babies (without additional costs) or an additional bed for a fifth person (additional costs depending on season).
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in Saturdays at 15.00h / Check-out Saturdays at 12.00h
There is more or less flexibility in check in and out time depending on availability of the apartment.
CLEANLINESS
Before your arrival, our team will clean the apartment and ensure availability of clean bed clothes and bath towels.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
The guarantee deposit is necessary to cover all damages in the apartment and a possible incorrect behavior of the lodgers respect to the norms of the community.
The amount will be paid back if you leave the apartment in the same conditions you got it and if we haven’t got any claim from the neighbors.
STAY AND RETURN OF KEYS
The lodgers are responsible for the damages in the apartment, excluded those ones that can be reduced to its normal use.
During your stay, you can contact me at any time.
The agreed day and time for the departure, I will come personally to the apartment. After checking that nothing has been damaged, you will get the guarantee deposit back and the keys will be returned.
